Refund Policy
Bought your first minute pack and it isn't working out? If it's within 7 days of purchase and you've used 30 minutes or less, we'll refund it in full.
Who can get a full refund
- Your account's first minute-pack purchase;
- requested within 7 days of purchase;
- with 30 minutes or less used since that purchase.
How to request a refund
Email support@calmround.com from the email on your account, with your order number. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
Other cases
Outside these conditions we review requests case by case, for example if the Service didn't work on your system. Tell us what happened and we'll look into it. Rights you have under local consumer law are not affected.
After a refund
The refunded minutes are removed from your balance. If you open a chargeback instead of contacting us, we may pause the account while the dispute is reviewed.
