Getting started
1. Install and sign in
Open the installer and follow the steps. Sign in with your email; we'll send you a 6-digit code. The app shows English automatically if your computer is set to English, and you can switch languages in Settings.
2. Allow microphone and screen recording (Mac)
macOS will ask for microphone and screen-recording permission the first time. Both are needed: the microphone hears you, and screen recording lets CalmRound hear the call audio and read on-screen questions.
3. Run a test call before the real interview
Join a test meeting in the app you'll use, share your screen, and check what the other side sees. Do this with the exact setup you'll use on the day.
Windows says the app is from an unknown publisher
Choose "More info", then "Run anyway". The installer is signed; this warning can appear for newer apps.
